Cancellation Policy
• Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are transferable only if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Transfers apply to one future date only.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result 100% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows
Failure to arrive or communicate on the day of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
• Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled or a late fee applied, as it impacts the quality of your service and the clients scheduled after you.
